Yes – Our Standard tier allows for multiple memberships and tiers. If you need more than 3 tiers, please reach out to us at hello[at]stitch.vip.
Can my membership be used at multiple locations?
Yes – Your membership is valid at whatever locations you wish to accept it.
I already have a membership at my business. Can I migrate it to Stitch?
Yes – We can easily migrate your existing members to our platform. Your existing patrons can claim their membership on our platform through our Membership Activation Portal.
Does Stitch integrate with my POS system?
No – Stitch was built to work with any POS system without a direct integration.
How long does it take to launch a membership?
We can launch a membership in as little as a couple of days, but we highly recommend planning at least two weeks to onboard your employees and start promoting to your patrons.
Does Stitch offer employee training resources?
